Phillip Blaich, PA-C sees patients of all ages, treats acute problems, manages chronic illness, has extensive experience in occupational health and occupational injuries, performs routine physical exams, provides evaluation and therapy referrals, assists with smoking cessation, and performs minor surgical procedures.
PA Blaich is excited to be returning and working in Fairfield and again providing healthcare to his friends and neighbors. He is looking forward to providing a seamless extension of quality care with all the Horizon Healthcare providers once again. PA Blaich is also excited about the opportunity to practice in the new Horizon Healthcare office suite in Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Medical Arts Complex.
PA Blaich received his Bachelor of Science Degree – Physician Assistant from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska, in 1978, while in the Air Force. He later received his Masters of Science in Administration from Georgia College, Milledgeville, Georgia in 1987. During his administrative career PA Blaich served at the Pentagon, United States Air Force, Washington, DC, as the Director of Congressional Affairs, Personnel. After retiring from the Air Force PA Blaich returned to practice as a Physician Assistant.
