Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation held its Second Annual Golf Tournament last week to raise funds to will help support the services, programs, and state-of-the-art medical equipment needs of the hospital. Pat Kenshalo, President of the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation, said, “We were very pleased with the funds raised for the Foundation, and we thank everyone for their generous sponsorship contributions and for participating in our Second Annual Golf Tournament.” 

 

The first place winner of the morning tournament was the Elks Lodge Team comprised of Aaron Wallace, Josh Read, Zack Xanders, and Blaith Belangee. During the afternoon tournament there was a two-way tie between Core Physician Resources and Southern Illinois Primary Care Associates. By means of a scorecard playoff, Southern Illinois Primary Care Associates Team (Jed Jones, D.O., Steven Mitchell, M.D., Jim Musgrave, Jr., and Aaron Musgrave) won first place and Core Physician Resources (Andrew Britt, D.O, Sarah Britt, Brett Hall, and Jessica Hall) won second. The individual golf contest winners included: Men’s Longest Drive – Blaith Belangee, Women’s Longest Drive – Dana Withers, Closest to the Pin – Jim Musgrave, Longest Putt – Mark McCleary. Michelle Ward, FMH Marketing Director, said, “We hope everyone enjoyed the event and invite everyone to participate again next year.”
