FAIRFIELD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION 8TH ANNUAL GOLF SCRAMBLE A SUCCESS
Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation held its Eighth Annual Golf Scramble last week to raise funds to help support the services, programs, and state-of-the-art medical equipment needs of the hospital.
The first place winner of the morning scramble was sponsored by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce comprised of Jerry Keener, Terry Powell, Tip Butler, and Ray Elliott. During the afternoon scramble first place went to the Good ‘Ole Boys team sponsored by Steve Dawkins that was comprised of Steve Dawkins, Eldon Doty, Doug Musgrave, and Larry Odum. The individual golf contest winners included: Men’s Longest Drive – Matt St.Ledger, Women’s Longest Drive – Lauren Griswold, Closest to the Pin – Rick Book, Longest Putt – Billy Rodgers, and Shortest Drive –Harley Fry. Chris Simpson won the 50/50 drawing worth $153 and donated it back to the Foundation.
Charlotte St.Ledger, FMH Foundation Executive Director, said, “We were very pleased with the funds raised for the Foundation. We thank everyone for their generous sponsorship contributions and for participating in our event again this year.”
