Susie Devoy, RN has been a registered nurse for over 14 years working with the geriatric population with experience in behavioral health. As Program Director, she expresses how it is an awarding experience, “Too many times our senior adults are over-looked. Symptoms that some consider a natural part of aging are actually the symptoms of anxiety or depression, robbing seniors of the quality of life that they deserve. People often forget how much wisdom older adults have to offer, but one must remember that where we are, they have been, and where we are going, they are now. Working with our local senior clients is a true blessing, as I am able to witness positive changes in those who have made our wonderful community what it is today.”
Blair Heisner, RN, has worked as Senior Life Solution’s Registered Nurse over the past four years, along with having four years of experience working with the geriatric population.
“I enjoy working at Senior Life Solutions very much. The staff and clients make every day enjoyable. I look forward to the next day to see who I can help bring hope back into their lives.”

It is very rewarding to work in an environment where you can see positive changes in your clients and know that you are making a difference in their lives. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and I’m honored to be a part of such a wonderful program,” stated Andrea Shupe, MSW, LCSW.

“I enjoy working at Senior Life Solutions because I am able to see first hand the progress that is made in these individuals. It’s almost like I have seen each client grow into a different person from their depressed state at admission to their new outlook on life the day of their graduation, and that is what I enjoy the most,” stated Lauren Griswold, LCSW.
