NATURE OF WORK: The Administrative Assistant serves as assistant to the CEO and Administrative Team. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical/secretarial and related tasks, consults with supervisors and keeps them informed of activities, needs and problems, and assists other departments and medical staff as requested. Among other duties, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters, answering telephones using exceptional customer service skills, taking dictation and typing written correspondence, completing data input, scheduling and coordinating meetings and meeting rooms, and maintaining forms, policies, and procedures. The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate a high regard for customer service and helps to support FMH’s mission to positively influence those we serve.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree preferred, but not required. Must have at least two years of clerical office experience. Must have the ability to interact with employees at all levels within the organization, including the Board of Directors and members of the Medical Staff. Qualified applicants must possess excellent computer, communication, and customer relations skills. Must have the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
