In August 2008, FMH opened Horizon Healthcare, a Certified Hospital Based-Rural Health Clinic, in a temporary building until the construction of the new FMH Medical Arts Complex was complete. In May 2011, FMH opened the Medical Arts Complex, a 25,468 square foot facility, which includes Horizon Healthcare, specialist suites, board room, and community/education rooms. On March 19, 2018, FMH opened a Horizon Healthcare clinic in Cisne, Illinois, making this the second location. Horizon Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic made for the third clinic location in June of 2020.
