Recently, Fairfield Memorial Hospital Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic was surveyed by The Compliance Team Inc. on behalf of The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Clinic has been awarded Exemplary Provider® Rural Health Clinic status.

This recognition means that the FMH Horizon Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic maintains high quality standards as outline by CMS, which allows the Clinic to participate in the Medicare/Medicaid programs.
