FMH JANUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Amber Atteberry, RN who works as a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Horizon Healthcare, was selected as the January 2021 Employee of the Month. Amber has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since August of 2018. Amber can always be counted on to display a smile and have a positive attitude.

“Amber’s kind demeanor is well received by patients of all ages and her co-workers. She strives to always put her patients first. Amber represents FMH very well and does so proudly. She is an exceptional example of a hardworking, kind and reliable coworker and employee.” commented Hollie Barrett RN BSN, Director of Physician Practice.

“Amber has shown true compassion in her obligations as a Registered Nurse by tackling additional duties with enthusiasm and efficiency.  Amber has put forth the extra effort by helping in other departments and areas of the Hospital to ensure our patients are being taken care of with the best care possible. During the peak months of admissions for COVID patients, Amber did not hesitate to volunteer to work in the Medical-Surgical/Intensive Care Unit to help take care of patients during times of crisis. We are proud of Amber and are honored to award her Employee of the Month for January 2021.” stated FMH CEO Katherine Bunting-Williams.
