3D Mammography Mobile Event in Carmi on March 6th:

Fairfield Memorial Hospital will have their Mobile Mammography at the FMH Carmi Medical Clinic on Saturday, March 6th, with appointments beginning at 8:00a.m. No physician order needed for those who are over the age of 40.  It must have been at least one year since your last Mammogram.  Patients are asked to bring their insurance card, photo ID, and doctor’s contact information.  This event is for annual screening Mammograms only. Individuals can call the FMH Diagnostic Imaging Department at 618-847-8249 to secure an appointment with one of FMH’s skilled technologists. Walk-Ins are also welcome until 11am. After 11am, patients will be seen by appointment only.

FMH Hosts Blood Drive on March 22nd:

Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be hosting a Blood Drive with the American Red Cross on Monday, March 22, 2021.

The Blood Drive will be held at the Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Educational Annex Building on 203 Northwest 10th Street in Fairfield in the mobile Red Cross bus. FMH Hosts Reduced Rate Labs March 1st – March 20th:

Reduced Rate Lab Testing with Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Laboratory Department will take place March 1st – March 20th by appointment only. There will be six convenient locations to choose from: Horizon Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic, Horizon Healthcare Grayville Medical Clinic, Horizon Healthcare Fairfield Medical Clinic, Horizon Healthcare Cisne Medical Clinic, Fairfield Memorial Hospital Laboratory, and FMH Albion Lab Draw Station at the Edwards County Health Department. The following tests will be offered at all locations:

Hemoglobin A1c (Diabetic Monitor) $20 | Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and VLDL) $20 | PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) $20 | Thyroid Function Panel (T4, Free T3, Free T4, TSH) $40 | General Health Profile (Includes CBC, Lipid Screen, and a 12 test chemistry profile) $40 | Vitamin D Test $40

Patients should not have food or drink after midnight and payment is due at the time of service.  Results of the test will be mailed directly to the patient’s home. Due to social distancing requirements we are only able to offer our Reduced Rate Labs by appointment only.

Fairfield Memorial Hospital will be holding a Reduced Cost Lab Testing March 1st – March 20th - Monday – Wednesday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Albion Draw Station – Edwards County Health Department. By appointment only. No walk-ins.

Social distancing requirements will still be in effect and attendees will be required to go through our screening stations and wear a mask at all times.
