FMH PRESENTS AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Crystal (Chris) Winter RN, who works in RISC/Urgent Care, was selected as the August 2021 Employee of the Month. Chris has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since July of 2000. Crystal goes out of her way to help the providers and takes such wonderful care of the patients.

“COVID-19 has been a rough journey for all of us in the medical field, and Chris has been completely dedicated in her duties in the RISC Tent/Urgent Care. She has committed much of her time to care for patients and help her staff as needed. She is most deserving of this award. Despite everything, Chris has pushed forth and has been caring and compassionate towards all her patients to make sure they are all cared for during this incredibly hard time.” commented Hollie Barrett RN BSN, Director of Physician Practices.

“Chris has stepped up in so many ways to our organization. When COVID-19 hit she was right there to help wherever she was needed. She has worked long hours and has dedicated herself to patient care here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
