FMH PRESENTS FEBRUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Laura Witherspoon, S.T., Sterile Central Processing Coordinator, who works in the Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Same Day Surgery Department, was selected as the February 2021 Employee of the Month. Laura has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since November of 2007. Laura is known for her contagious smile and very friendly demeanor. She is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed.

“Laura is a valued member of our Surgical Services Department. She takes such incredible ownership of her work, and she makes a difference every day for our patients and team. We are so fortunate to have Laura working with us and this award validates her hard work and dedication to the Surgical Services Department.” commented Hazel Vest RN, BSN, CNOR, Surgical Services Nurse Manager.
