FMH PRESENTS MAY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Denise Spencer, RN, who works in the Surgical Services Department, was chosen as the May 2022 Employee of the Month. Denise has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since August of 2003.

“Denise excels in every position within the Surgical Services Department including: circulating, scrubbing, assisting, and sterile processing. Her work ethic is impeccable and she is always willing to help where it's needed including other departments within the hospital. The Surgical Services Department is so lucky to have such a dedicated team player!” commented Lynzi Strange, RN, BSN, Surgical Services Manager.

“Denise is very knowledgeable in many aspects and is an exceptional asset to our Surgical Services Department. Denise is versatile and filled with perseverance. She is very efficient in her work and helpful to the Surgical Team.  We are excited to announce Denise Spencer as our FMH Employee of the Month.” stated FMH CEO Katherine Bunting-Williams.
