Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Darian Kincart RN who works as a Registered Nurse for the Orthopedic Clinic at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was selected as the October 2022 Employee of the Month. Darian has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since March of 2021. Darian is an essential part of the Orthopedic Team at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.

“Darian came over from a well-established OBGYN unit to a newly starting Orthopedic Clinic.  While we were all confident Orthopedics would be successful she was already a very successful nurse and we were extremely lucky to get her on our team. Darian is well deserving of this award.” commented Dr. Kory Blank, Orthopedic Surgeon.
