Fairfield Memorial Hospital announces the addition of Jerad Diaz, PA-C, who has joined the staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital Orthopedic Surgical Clinic. Mr. Diaz is an Orthopedic Physician Assistant, who has joined Fairfield Memorial Hospital Orthopedic Surgical Clinic and is seeing patients of all ages. He received his Master of Physician Assistant Science from the University of Evansville in May of 2023.
