JoAnn Smith, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Joins Medical Staff at Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Horizon Healthcare Medical Clinic
Fairfield Memorial Hospital announces the addition of JoAnn Smith, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), to the Medical Staff of Horizon Healthcare, an affiliate of Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Ms. Smith will begin seeing patients of all ages starting May 22nd at Horizon Healthcare locations.
Ms. Smith received her Master’s in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She has been a healthcare provider for over 19 years. Ms. Smith and her family reside in Wayne County. “I am thoroughly excited and grateful to be able to provide mental health services to our community.” commented JoAnn Smith, PMHNP.
