NOVEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Amber Morton, CRT, who works in the Cardiopulmonary Department at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, was selected as the November 2020 Employee of the Month. Amber has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since October of 2007. Amber always goes above and beyond her job duties. Amber is very caring and takes time to explain all procedures to patients to make them feel more comfortable.

“Amber is always willing to help out her co-workers whenever possible. She is very good with the patients and her patients often comment on the caring manner in which she does her job.” commented Kindra Schnicker, RRT, RCP, CCT, Cardiopulmonary Department Manager.

“Amber is a wonderful example of the caring individuals that we have working here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She helps out wherever needed and has been a positive influence on others, especially during times of crisis such as this year’s pandemic. We are very proud to have Amber on our Team of Excellence here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.” stated FMH CEO Katherine Bunting-Williams.
