Fairfield Memorial Hospital announces the addition of Priscilla Poore, APN, FNP, who has joined Horizon Healthcare, an affiliate of Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Priscilla is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who has joined Horizon Healthcare Carmi Medical Clinic and is seeing patients of all ages. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in December 2022. Priscilla and her family are from White County and prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Priscilla worked as a Registered Nurse in Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department for 16 years and was a Health Careers Educator.

Now, as a Nurse Practitioner I am so blessed to be able to serve my hometown of Carmi and the surrounding communities.
