Pushpa Pavuluri, M.D, Internal Medicine, to join the staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital Horizon Healthcare Medical Clinic
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Pushpa Pavuluri, M.D., Internal Medicine, will be joining the Medical Staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital on a full-time basis starting September 19th, 2022.
Dr. Pavuluri received her medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India and completed her Residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Pavuluri will provide long-term, comprehensive care, managing both common and complex illnesses of adults and the elderly.
Dr. Pavuluri will be seeing patients starting September 19th at Horizon Healthcare Fairfield Medical Clinic. Appointments are now being accepted and can be made by calling 618-842-4617.
