TAMMY SCHLESINGER NAMED FMH EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
Fairfield Memorial Hospital proudly announces that Tammy Schlesinger of the Nutritional Services Department has been voted the 2020 Employee of the Year by her peers.
The 2020 FMH Employee of Month recipients were:

July – Emily Rush RN, Surgical Department
August – Michele Stallings C.N.A., Med/Surg
September – Laura Ethridge, Business Office
October – Tammy Schlesinger, Nutritional Services
November – Amber Morton CRT, Cardiopulmonary Department
December – Jessica Austin RT(R)(CT), Radiology
Each and every one of the recipients for this award were all nominated by their peers for their dedication to patient care, customer service, their hardworking ethic and the kindness they show the people surrounding them.
Tammy Schlesinger, who works in our Nutritional Services Department, was named the October 2020 Employee of the Month and now receives the honor of Employee of the Year for 2020. Tammy was nominated for her strong work ethic, dependability and a positive attitude.
“Tammy has been an important asset to our nutrition services here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. Tammy works hard daily to strive to be the best she can be and jumps in to help wherever needed. We are fortunate to have Tammy in our department and excited she was chosen as the Employee of the Year for 2020.” stated April Greifzu, Nutritional Services Manager.
“Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Nutritional Services Department works tremendously hard in committing their time to delivering wonderful meals and service to our facility and to those visiting our facility. This year has brought on additional challenges due to the current pandemic and the Nutritional Services staff worked extremely hard to provide free meals to our hardworking staff. Tammy is an exceptional employee and we are proud to have Tammy a part of the team here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital and honored to name her FMH’s Employee of the Year for 2020,” stated FMH CEO, Katherine Bunting-Williams.
