    Business Office Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
    Associates Degree is required, Bachelor Degree preferred

    EXPERIENCE:
    Two years managerial experience in a similar position with a hospital or closely related field.

    KNOWLEDGE:
    Extensive knowledge of all third party payor requirements, regulatory requirements and collection laws.

    SKILLS:

    • Team player willing to assist in meeting organizational goals.
    • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach to others.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards.
    • Exemplary critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills required.
    • Ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

    ADDITIONAL: 
    Must possess a high level of self-motivation, strong work ethic, high energy level, positively interact with subordinates, peers, supervisor and external customers, comprehend difficult written material, strong decision-making skills, cope in a constantly changing stressful environment; plan and organize the activities of others; ability to modify leadership style.
