FMH Employee of the Year 2024
Fairfield Memorial Hospital proudly announces that Nate Burgess R.T.(R)(ARRT) in the Diagnostic Imaging Department has been voted the 2024 Employee of the Year by his peers.

October – Brooke Phelps, RN, Horizon Healthcare
November – Kendra Bone, Human Resources
December – Jaycie Lane, Environmental Services
Each and every one of the recipients for this award were all nominated by their peers for their dedication to patient care, customer service, their hardworking ethic and the kindness they show the people surrounding them.
Nate Burgess, R.T.(R)(ARRT), who works in the Diagnostic Imaging Department, was named the July 2024 Employee of the Month and now receives the honor of Employee of the Year for 2024. Nate joined the team at FMH in September of 2022.
“Nate is known as Nate the "GREAT". Great is an adjective describing size, ability, quality, or degree far above the average which perfectly describes Nate. Nate works well with every department and comforts patients and others with his presence. Nate shares his knowledge with others and if he does not know the answer, he works with others to find the correct answer.
