Services Offered
Our Registered Dietitian assesses all patients who are at high nutritional risk and makes recommendations to their physician based on the patient’s need. This may include changing the patient’s diet order, adjusting tube feeding or TPN settings, adding oral nutrition supplements, or providing the patient with diet education before they go home.
Outpatient Services
Our Registered Dietitian completes a full nutrition assessment and provides in-depth nutrition education for outpatients with a variety of health concerns. Based on the individual’s needs and nutritional goals, a personalized meal plan will be developed to satisfy their food preferences and lifestyle. A physician referral is required to schedule an appointment.
